Dunlap says she’s OK

Kentucky senior forward and the current Southeastern Conference Player of the Year Victoria Dunlap said after the game that her knee will be fine. She had a loose ball collision with teammate Crystal Riley with 9:50 to play in UK’s 68-47 win over University of Tennessee at Martin. Dunlap had to be carried off the court by student managers and her left knee appeared to be in a serious amount of pain. She came into the post-game news conference brace and ice free with a slight limp, but seemed to be fine.

Coach Matthew Mitchell said he is “cautiously optimistic” that Dunlap will be back for the game at third-ranked Duke on Tuesday night.
